DiversityWorks

After the extraordinary success of the #MotherWorks, #CorporateQueer, #50overFifty and South Asians in Football exhibitions, the next step is to celebrate all diversity. The recession is making everyone feel insecure in their jobs, especially the minority groups who are frequently the worst affected. Show them how important and valued they are by planning this major celebration for 2025. Diversity is the lifeblood of successful organisations and we want to help celebrate all the different groups that, together, make up a vibrant workforce in the UK.

SportingQueer

We have partnered up with the Sports and Recreation Alliance for this exciting project. Together we will create a unique photography exhibition representing and recognising the LGBTQ+ community in sports and recreation. With the Olympics and the Paralympics next year, as well as the SRA’s pledge to make UK the most active country in Europe, we want to celebrate the LGBTQ+ community and their allies within every area of sport, dance and all healthy activities.

50 over Fifty

On the back of our successful 50 over Fifty exhibition in 2022 we are going again for 2024. Addressing the intersectionality between gender and ageism our aim is to shine a spotlight on the great work being done by women, of all levels, who are over 50 – a section of the UK workforce whose talent and experience is often overlooked and under championed
