Let’s celebrate the journey!

The socio-economic climate is making everyone feel insecure in their jobs, especially the minority groups who are frequently the worst affected. Show them how important and valued they are by planning this major celebration for 2025.

Inclusion is the lifeblood of successful organisations and we want to help celebrate the importance of opportunity for everyone.

The purpose of InclusiveWorks

The #InclusiveWorks images and stories will highlight the issues that face different groups in the workplace and inspire, even the newest of recruits, that there is a path to success for them no matter where they start from. They will create a visual connection between people’s personal lives and their professional roles. And how, by bringing these two worlds together in one photograph, we can all learn about and understand each other better. And make the world of work a place where people feel safe to share their whole selves.

The photographs and accompanying stories raise issues around identity, work culture and employer expectations. They create a powerful sense of recognition and representation, encouraging ambition and supporting HR in attracting and retaining talent.
